Every host on SniffyNest completes KYC verification before their listing becomes bookable. This includes:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Verified phone number and email
• Bank account verification (for payouts)
• Home photos and listing details

Hosts who complete this process display a Verified badge on their listing.

• Clear pricing shown up front, with no hidden fees
• Real photos of the host's home
• Honest reviews from past pet parents
• The host's cancellation policy shown before you pay

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment provider. Payment card and bank details are never stored on SniffyNest servers. Hosts receive payouts weekly on Mondays for completed stays.

After every completed stay, both the pet parent and the host may leave a review. Reviews are the honest, first-person experience of that user. We do not edit reviews. We may remove a review only if it violates our policies (for example, personal attacks, off-topic content, or content that reveals private information).

If you see a listing, host, pet parent, or review that concerns you, please report it through [email protected]. We review every report.

Our support team is available almost round the clock. For any issue during a stay — whether it's a change of plans, a health concern, or a safety question — reach out to your host directly first, then contact SniffyNest support.

Important: SniffyNest support is a communication and mediation channel. In a genuine pet medical emergency, please contact a veterinarian directly. Host and pet parent share vet contact information at check-in for exactly this reason.
